General Conditions of Sale

• Article 1 :

These conditions are intended for exclusive use of booking at La Casa della Grofica.

• Article 2 : Cancellation by the owner

In case of cancellation before the stay by the owner, the latter will inform the customer by courier or email. Without prejudice to any claims for damage, the customer will receive the payment within a maximum of one month.

• Article 3 : Arrival & Departure

The customer must arrive between 16:00 & 20:00 pm. In case of late arrival or delayed arrival, the customer will inform the owner.

On the day of departure, the customer will leave the premises at 10:00 am at the latest. Any overtime will be charged for an additional night.

An early departure before the booking deadline will not be subject to a refund from the owner.

• Article 4 : Use of the premises

The customer will respect the peaceful character of the premises and use them in accordance with the purpose. He commit to leave the rooms in perfect condition as well as to leave of the objects present in the room.(See internal regulations at disposal in the rooms). Only persons with reservation are allowed to enter the premises.

• Article 5 : Capacity

When booking the number of persons must be specified as well as the identity of each. If the expected number is exceeded, the owner is able to refuse the additional persons.

This refusal cannot in any case be considered as a modification or break of stay, so that in case of departure of a number of customers above those refused, no refund can be envisaged.

• Article 6 : Pets

Animals may be accepted under special conditions and with the agreement of the owner.
